DALLAS Mark Aguirre on Wednesday was named director of playerdevelopment and a scout for the Dallas Mavericks, the team he leftbitterly in 1989.
Aguirre had been working behind the scenes for the Mavs allsummer, as a favor to the new owners and as an audition for new coachJim Cleamons.
